Under CEO’s leadership, contribute to the evolution, evaluation and development of operational strategy and performance in co-optation with the executive team of 6 VP’s, 4 GM’s and participate in Directors & Stake holder Appraisal Process. • Resolve, improvise and report on operational issues, opportunities and development plans. Develop Systems and MIS for monitoring Within Time, Quality and Cost targets of Project Sites - Design review, Documentation Process, Bid and Cost estimates sheets, Implementation Progress &Costs, QA, HSE, Sub-Contractor interface, Tackles & Plants, Power & Fuel, Employee welfare and compliance with mandatory regulations. • Ensure smooth Cash flow, receivables and deliverables by Interfacing with Customers, Consultants and Vendors at Site and HO levels, Troubleshoot Design, Deliverables and Construction Interface obstacles and delays. Conduct Detailed Site Operations Audits. Encouraged and rewarded innovative Processes. • Interact with CFO and other functional managers to establish needs of operational development, Maintain awareness and knowledge of contemporary operational development methods and provide suitable interpretation of objectives, purposes and achievements to directors, managers and staff.
Academics: BE ( Mechanical / Electrical) + MBA ( marketing/ Finance) with 10+ years in leadership position heading P/L Responsibility)
