Head - Human Resource

Develop and implement Human Capital Strategy in line with the overall strategy to enhance organizational capability and ensure high levels of employee engagement. Head - HR must champion the change management and focus on institutionalizing new processes and systems. While the complete accountabilities are mentioned below, the following are the key priorities for the next 2-3 years: 1.To understand strategy and growth plans , and implement HR strategy identify the critical gaps and building necessary capabilities. 2.To drive the performance management system by supporting MD and top management for target setting and measurement respectively 3.To fulfill gaps in the structure , which have already been identified, through discussions with MD and top management and track the progress of top level hires. 4.To set up training calendar and process from scratch with focus on internal training and long term development 5.To boost recruitment process by creating assessment centers, etc PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Talent Management 1.Segment talent and plan actions for each employee group. 2.Develop Talent Management Programs to enhance employee capabilities at all levels. 3.Identify critical positions along with senior leadership team and create succession plans for each one 4.Implement career management programs across the organization . 5.Organization Culture and Employee Engagement 6.Monitor organization health though employee satisfaction surveys 7.Implement interventions to improve and sustain the morale of employees across the organization. Manpower and HR Budgeting : 1.Collate manpower figures from each function, align it to business strategy and prepare an organization level manpower budget. 2.Ensure preparation and adherence to HR departmental budgets

Head- Accounts

Handling of Accounting functions of the group and s Monitoring of Accounts Department • Finalization of standalone and consolidation of accounts on monthly, quarterly and or yearly basis • Supervising and monitoring day to day working of the accounts department and ensuring routine compliance related to accounts • Ensuring that proper books of accounts are maintained in compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act and relevant Accounting Standards. • Laison with the Auditors of the group leading to finalization of group Accounts • Handling the Tax Department and be involved in tax planning for the group and ensure that tax returns are filed on scheduled dates. Attend tax hearings along worth the consultants and provide such data as may be required to complete the Assessments. Preparation of appeals to the Appellate Commissioner and the ITAT whenever found necessary • Handle all statutory compliances including indirect taxes, statutory obligations relating to payroll, wages etc. • Review; recommend changes in Management Information Systems. • Build a strong and effective team in the Accounts Department. Must be conversant with tenders, reverse auctions, e-auctions
SAP experience preferable
