Guest Service Professional

Candidate’s Profile:

• Should possess good- excellent communication skills
• Can look at fresh IATA/UFTAA graduates (not mandatory)
• Graduation (any stream) is a must. Candidate who has just appeared for his final year of graduation and awaiting result will also be considered
• Ok working in rotational shifts as well as voice process
• Experience in customer care/Voice process in a BPO
• Fresher with good communication would be considered.

Shift Timings:
9 hours shift (8 hours working, 1 hour break):

• 6pm-3pm
• 7am-4pm
• 8am-5pm
• 9am-6pm
• 10.30am-7.30pm
• 12 noon-9pm
• 2pm-11 pm
• 4pm- 1 am
• 9pm-6am


Transport Boundary:
Centralised Pick & Drop:
• Ghatkopar W (near Bata Show Room)
• Andheri E (near Telly Gully)
Home pick up and drop for shifts ending after 10 pm or before 6am only till:

Western Line: Borivali- Dadar/parel
Central Line: till Thane (E/W)
Harbour Line: till Vashi

Candidate’s willing to relocate with their relatives or friends for Night shifts will also be considered.


Salary:
13000-15100 (gross) + 2000 pm (performance incentives-variable)
(Night allowance and overtime allowance will be paid in addition to the salary as per the company policies)
