Factory Details:
• Employee Strength: 900 +
• Production: 25000 Spindles –
• Producing cotton yarn , spinning and weaving facility

POST - GM - Personnel – Maharashtra

Education: MBA/MSW (HR/PM/IR) or any Graduate with 10+ yrs exp. In hardcore Personnel, must be from factory / manufacturing / process unit.

Responsible for all personnel issues , IR, collective bargaining, Statuary compliance, final settlement, canteen etc.

Years of Experience – 10 -15 ( minimum 5+ years in hardcore IR
Must be worked in factory & handled manpower 750+ Employees.

Strong Application knowledge of labor law, Industrial law, Factory act etc.
