JOB DESCRIPTION
Centered Head – Domestic BPO - Operations
Department: Operations
Location: Any location
Reports to: General Manager – Operations

POSITION PURPOSE

The holder of this role is responsible for efficient management of assigned program by adhering to the SLAs and maintaining profitability and gross margin.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES

Achieve business profitability by maintaining the revenues and effective cost management
Ensure achieving revenue targets as well Gross Margin targets
To deliver on all SLAs as agreed upon for the respective projects
Maintaining successful client relationship
Ensure the achievement of desired level of C- Sat and E-Sat scores
Managing escalations related to people, policies and process
Shall actively participate in the management of crisis and risk
Constantly evaluate, assess and manage the development of all team members
Periodic performance reviews with Team Leaders and Managers
Mentor, coach and motivate the team members towards high productivity and performance.
Enable retention and facilitate the reduction of attrition.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS (ESSENTIAL)

Good selling and presentation skills
Ability to take good customer centric decisions and up-to-date knowledge of customer best practices
Effective problem solving skills
Good Financial Management skills
Excellent delivery capabilities to drive efficiencies
Conceptualize, launch and deliver multiple projects on time and within budget and contracted
parameters.
Good people Management skills
Ability to operate in multi location metrics organization

EDUCATIONAL / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (ESSESNTIAL/DESIRED)

A graduate in any discipline with a total work experience of 7 to 9 years of which 3 years should be in the BPO industry
Desirable if the person is a post graduate
Flexible in dealing with frequent and erratic travel demands

Qualification: Bachelor's degree or PG in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering having minimum 20+ years experience in Project Department.

Process Chief Engineer
Qualification: Bachelor's degree or P.G. in Chemical Engineering having 12-15 years experience in Process Design Department or Manufacturing process plant.

Project & Planning Engineer

Process Engineer

Experience: Candidate preferred from Consulting Engineering firm or manufacturing process plant. Detail / design engineering of process plant.
Mechanical Engineer (Vessel Design)
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering having 8-10 years experience in Vessels and Equipment Design Department.
Experience: Candidate preferred from Consulting Engineering Firm or Equipment Fabrication Firm. Knowledge of Material Specifications, codes and standards for fabrication equipment. Preparation of equipment specifications and checking of fabrication drawings for Vessels, Tanks, Heat-exchangers, Silos, etc.
Electrical Engineer
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering having 8-10 years experience.
Experience: Candidate preferred from Consulting Engineering Firm or manufacturing process plant. A sound knowledge of Electrical codes and standards. Electrical power distribution for process plant. Preparation of specifications for all electrical items, etc.
Sr. Manager - CP Erection & Service
Mechanical Engineer with 15-20 years experience in Installation / commissioning and maintenance at a Senior level of continuous polymerization plant for Polyester from a reputed organization. Candidates having experience of installation of CP from project level would be given preference.
Manager (Electrical & Instrumentation) - CP
Electrical / Instrumentation Engineer with 10-15 years experience in Installation / commissioning and maintenance of continuous polymerization plant for Polyester in reputed organization at a Senior level. Candidates having experience of installation of CP from project level will be given preference.
