Position : Fabrication Unit Head ( Business Head / CEO )
Qualification : Graduate Engineer(Mech)
Reporting to : MD
Qualifications : Graduate engineer ( Mech ) required , some management qualification desirable.
Required :Overall 20-25 years .
Complete in-charge of the successful completion & commissioning of Fabrication Unit.
-Activities include
- Freezing layout & plant & machinery list
- Recruit works manager/foremen/skilled workers
- Recruit strategy manager/aggressive marketing manager/innovative design team
- Project sheduling & monitoring/execution
- Form a project task force team and head it.
Should have worked in a modern fabrication(preferably structural, not pressure vessel) unit.
Should be well versed in selection of equipment, shop planning, manpower planning.
Should be capable of strategic thinking,develop market development plan, recruit marketing manager, handle HR & administration, finance etc.
Should have handled some in house shop/detailed design teams.Some construction experience.
Some project planning & scheduling experience. Good written & oral communication skills.
Good familiarity with computers, spreadsheets,etc.
Desirable : Some Fabricated items sales experience. Work shop start up experience.

Under CEO’s leadership, contribute to the evolution, evaluation and development of operational strategy and performance in co-optation with the executive team of 6 VP’s, 4 GM’s and participate in Directors & Stake holder Appraisal Process. • Resolve, improvise and report on operational issues, opportunities and development plans. Develop Systems and MIS for monitoring Within Time, Quality and Cost targets of Project Sites - Design review, Documentation Process, Bid and Cost estimates sheets, Implementation Progress &Costs, QA, HSE, Sub-Contractor interface, Tackles & Plants, Power & Fuel, Employee welfare and compliance with mandatory regulations. • Ensure smooth Cash flow, receivables and deliverables by Interfacing with Customers, Consultants and Vendors at Site and HO levels, Troubleshoot Design, Deliverables and Construction Interface obstacles and delays. Conduct Detailed Site Operations Audits. Position: GENERAL MANAGER – SALES / Business Manager / Country Head

Responsibility:

Driving the Sales targets with success.
Sell IT solutions (ERP/CRM/HRMS/DMS etc)
Activate and manage the sales force & process.
Plan and execute solution sales strategy.
Co-ordinate pre-sales activity leading to sales.
Generate sales leads from target market
Maintain customer database of prospective clients and key decision makers
Collect outstanding payments
Other sales promotional activities
Provide sales and management reports on regular basis.
Provide direct and regular reporting to the CEO / Location Head.
Requirement:
Proven record of achieving high sales targets
An excellent understanding of the current software industry and market is essential
Strong knowledge of Tier 1 software vending solutions and license programs i.e. Microsoft, Oracle etc.
An excellent understanding of and experience with the software industry and market in Africa.
Experience:
Post Graduate with 6+ years experience in Software sales (Preferably ERP Sales)
Desired Skills:
Able to generate new business and manage accounts.
Demonstrate thorough grasp of complex I.T solution selling
Excellent communication, interpersonal, convincing, analytical and problem solving skills
Self motivation and self starter approach
Candidate should posses good communication skills in Portuguese is mandatory.
